About us. This website, www.teebaltabea.com, is run by Teeb Altabea, a natural body care brand based in Jordan. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

Who can order. You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the website with the permission of a parent or guardian. We currently deliver within Jordan only.

Products. Our scrubs are for external use on the body only. Please read the ingredients before use and do a small patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. Product colours and textures may vary slightly from the photos because our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients.

Prices and offers. All prices are in Jordanian dinars (JD). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Offers and discount codes are valid for a limited time, may have conditions, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may correct any pricing error, and if an error affects your order we will contact you before it is sent.

Orders. When you place an order, we will contact you to confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if the order details are incorrect. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

Payment. You can pay by the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery. For cash on delivery, please have the order amount ready for the courier.

Delivery, returns and refunds. Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy.

Our content. All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Teeb Altabea and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability. We take care to make sure our website and products are accurate and safe. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for problems caused by using a product in a way other than described. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Jordanian law.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
