Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, including the delivery cost.

Change of mind. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. This does not limit your rights under Jordanian law.

Opened or used items. Because our scrubs are personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

How refunds are paid. After we receive and check the returned item, we will refund you within 7 working days. Card payments are refunded to the original card. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by a method we agree with you.

Cancelling an order. You can cancel your order at no cost before it leaves us. Just contact us as soon as possible.
